A couple of months ago, due to an illness my 75 years old uncle needed care in home care as I have a tight work schedule. I called many agencies and tried to figure out best care for my uncle, few places were not so friendly and co-operative, but here I talked with head of this place, Mr.Acharya. What a great guy, no words to sum up here. The way he interacted and showed a comfort zone to my uncle, felt like a blessing. Agency job is to ensure the service, but the way he and other staffs presented a homely vibe on top of the health care, I’m still in awe of it. Three months have passed and Mr. Acharya and his team has worked with uncle thru his two subsequent infections, cajoling and helping both uncle and I get over this trying time. My gratitude towards whole team can’t be expressed in words for Reliable Community Care Team. Their professionalism and dedication towards their job has all loving care for my uncle in best possible way.
